Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any promotion on the ovobet platform. ovobet strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held within that account will be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any winnings derived from play.

2.2 Residency. The ovobet platform is designed and operated for the benefit of players resident in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during the period of your active membership. If your country of residence changes such that your continued use of ovobet would violate applicable local law, you are obligated to notify ovobet support immediately and refrain from further wagering activity.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party, and that your use of the ovobet platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from registering or holding an active account on ovobet: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of ovobet or its parent, subsidiary, or associated companies; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) persons who have previously been permanently excluded from the ovobet platform; and (d) persons located in or resident of a Restricted Territory.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the ovobet platform, you are required to complete the online registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details if any information changes.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one active ovobet account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. ovobet uses advanced fraud detection technology to identify duplicate account activity. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ovobet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated login tool. ovobet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ovobet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). ovobet reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Member at any time, including but not limited to: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP Nasional or equivalent); (b) a recent proof of residential address (issued within the past three months); and (c) a selfie photograph of the Member holding their photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ovobet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). ovobet does not charge processing fees on deposits or w ithdrawals on its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The following transaction limits apply to all ovobet accounts:

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Member's ovobet balance automatically upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the vast majority of cases, this occurs within seconds to two minutes. ovobet is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems, scheduled banking maintenance windows, or public holiday processing restrictions in Indonesia.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by ovobet's payments team within the following timeframes: (a) e-wallet withdrawals: typically within 5 minutes during operating hours (07:00–22:00 WIB); (b) bank transfer withdrawals: typically within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next available banking window. Note that BRI, BNI, and Mandiri inter-bank transfers may take slightly longer during peak periods.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Member's account must be fully KYC-verified for withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000; (b) any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed; (c) withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible; (d) ovobet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or suspicious in nature.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account shall be deemed dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ovobet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance is exhausted or the Member reactivates their account by logging in and completing a verification check.

5.1 General Bonus Policy. ovobet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses awarded by ovobet carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total eligible wagers of Rp 3.000.000 to be placed before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements are satisfied only by wagers placed on eligible games. Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, the following game categories contribute as follows toward wagering requirement completion:

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses must be activated within 7 days of being credited to a Member's account, and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of activation. Bonuses not activated within 7 days will be automatically removed from the account. Partially wagered bonuses that do not reach full completion within 30 days will also be removed, along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. ovobet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (so-called "bonus hunting"); exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer; and coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple accounts or with other players. Where ovobet determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn from bonus-derived play.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on ovobet are subject to acceptance at ovobet's sole discretion. ovobet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without explanation. Bets are not confirmed until ovobet's system issues a bet confirmation reference number.

6.2 Sports Betting. All sports wagers — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are governed by ovobet's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Key principles include: (a) in the event of event cancellation, all single-event bets are voided and stakes returned; (b) for mix parlay bets, any cancelled leg is removed and the remaining legs stand; (c) ovobet reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, without prior notice.

6.3 Togel (Lottery) Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws available on ovobet follow standardized draw schedules and payout tables published within the togel section of the platform. Tickets purchased are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled after submission. Results are determined solely by the official draw outcome. ovobet's published odds and payout multipliers are the definitive reference for all togel settlement calculations.

6.4 Slot and Casino Game Rules. All slot and live casino games available on ovobet are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Each game is governed by its own in-game rules, which players must review before wagering. All RNG-based games are independently certified for fairness. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round is declared void and the wager amount is returned to the player's balance.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. The maximum payout on a single bet or game round is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah) per day per Member, unless a specific game or promotion states a lower limit. ovobet reserves the right to pay out winnings exceeding this threshold in installments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ovobet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other wagering strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the ovobet platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any ovobet software, system, or security mechanism.
• Using the ovobet platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or sub-agent accepting bets on behalf of third parties.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ovobet platform.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ovobet platform — including but not limited to the ovobet brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of ovobet or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Limited License. ovobet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial betting entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; (b) create derivative works based on ovobet content; (c) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform; or (d) use the ovobet brand name or logo in any manner without prior written consent.

9.1 Platform Availability. ovobet makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond ovobet's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. ovobet will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify Members of planned maintenance in advance.

9.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ovobet's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their ovobet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusions. In no event shall ovobet be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or (d) losses arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or commentary, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.

9.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ovobet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your use or misuse of the ovobet platform; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

ovobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. ovobet will never sell your personal data to third parties. All data processing activities comply with applicable international data protection standards.

11.1 Suspension by ovobet. ovobet reserves the right to suspend any account immediately and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; (c) the Member has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) a regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed ovobet to restrict the account.

11.2 Termination by the Member. Any Member may close their ovobet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon requesting account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination — whether initiated by ovobet or the Member — all licenses granted under these Terms & Conditions cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13) shall continue to apply.

ovobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ovobet will notify active Members by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the ovobet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming law as applicable under ovobet's operating license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits ovobet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
